PASTRY BRUSH

Pastry brush is a cooking utensil which is used to spread oil or glaze on food. In baking breads and pastries, a pastry brush is used to spead a glaze or egg whites on the crust or surface of the food. In roasting meats, a pastry bruch may be used to sop up juices or dripping from uner pan and spread them on the surface of the meat to crisp the skin.
In Pandan, currently we are having 4 sizes of pastry brush which are:
No 3 : RM2.20
No 4 : RM2.50
No 5 : RM3.00
No 6 : RM3.50

  2. nak tnya berus2 kan ada nombor yg menunjukkan ianya di perbuat dr bulu haiwan atau nilon kan? boleh puan maz tolong bg info ya ttg berus ni

  3. Salam Awein : Berus yang dijual di Pandan adalah yang dibuat daripada nylon sahaja sebab tu ianya murah.
