EGG BEATER (WHISK)

Another name for egg beater is whisk. A whisk is a cooking utensil that was used since last generation and a must item to have in our kitchen. Whisk is used in food preparation to blend ingredients or to incorporate air into a mixture where the process is known as whisking or whipping.
Most of the whisk in the market consist of a long, narrow handle with a series of wire loops joined at the end. The wires are usually metal but some are plastic and from bamboo too!
