Many recipes call for egg white without the yolk. Separating eggs can be a messy job, unless you have the right kind of kitchen utensil. The one that we have in Pandan is practically useful for all bakers. It is simple, just crack the egg and place in the red space and you will get it separately without you even notice.  It is made of plastic and the most importantly hygiene.
