Tekstur dan warnanya adalah seperti lelemak sayuran (vegetable shortening) atau tekstur marjerin tetapi krimwell berwarna keputih - putihan.  Ianya tidak perlu diletakkan di dalam peti sejuk. Krimwell is one of the ingredient for butter cream.  Just to share on the butter cream receipe which I got from one my bakers friend. Try it out.

Butter Cream 
250gm mentega
300gm krimwell
200gm sugar syrup
Cara:
1. Pukul butter dgn kelajuan tinggi sehingga gebu & ringan
2. Masukkan krimwell & pukul hingga naik
3. Masukkan gula syrup sedikit demi sedikit sambil dipukul hingga rata & habis
(Sugar syrup : 200gm gula + 100ml air dimasak selama 20 min)
