11" ROAST PAN

You may not use a roasting pan everyday but it is worth to have one as your kitchen utensils. A roasting pan is a pan that is used to roast meats in the oven. The above pan is an 11 " roast pan and a non stick bakeware. With the specially formulated non stick finish, it makes cleaning up extra easy.

DAUN PANDAN

Daun pandan ialah sejenis tanaman yang berdaun panjang dan berwarna hijau. Daun hijaunya mempunyai bau yang beraroma dan sangat manis.  Daun ini sekiranya diproses dapat memberikan warna hijau yang origin dengan bau yang sangat unik untuk masakan/baking. Biasanya daun pandan digunakan secara ditumbuk, dikisar atau direbus bagi mengeluarkan ekstrak jus. Sangat adore daun pandan dan itu salah satu sebab tercetusnya nama Pandan Pusat Bekalan Bakeri.

CAKE DIVIDER

Cake divider will ensure each slice of cake or pie is exactly the same size. It is a great measurement for round cakes, brownies and pies. What we have in Pandan is a brown polypropylene cake dividers which is easily and efficiently divide the cakes into 12 equal portions and if flipping it over, it will divide your cake into 18 equal portions.

Simply press the divider down over the cake, remove and serve.

CHOCOLATE BOX : 6 CAVITY LONG

Different from other chocolate diecut box, this 6 cavity chocolate box came in a form of long and 6 in a row. Well, it is not a surprise as customer is looking for a unique packaging to look different from others. Whatever design it is, the most important is how it present your chocolate.

15 CAVITY CHOCOLATE BOX : DIECUT

This 15 cavity diecut chocolate box is a different design. It is made by diecut  material and it has a window which can display only 9 chocolates. Looks exclusive and yes, sometimes customer wants a different design as not to show all the chocolates.
It comes in various colors.  The above are some sample colors and in Pandan, not all the colors are available at all time. For customise color order, minimum order require is 100 pieces.

COOKIES PRESS

When we talk about cookies/biscuits, beside the taste, the look of the product is important  too. Because of the shape, there are lot of cookies cutter sold in market : Plastic, aluminium. wooden and stainless steel.  Using cutter, your cookies will have a standard shape. One of our cookies press are the traditional type which less use now. Me personally used to use this while helping mother baking cookies. Easy, fast and looks nice too! It is a sleek brushed aluminium body with attachments for 20 differently shaped biscuits.

EMBORG WHIPING CREAM 250G

Another choice of small pack of whipping cream. It is Emborg 200ml. This brand is widely requested by customer as it is known providing better volume and lighter taste.

Feedback from customer:
The outer topping is non dairy topping cream while the filling inside is made with dairy whipping cream. I find that **** brand whipping cream whips faster but less volume. Emborg had better volume but needs longer whipping time and it is whiter. Emborg has a lighter taste while **** is creamier. **** is cheaper much cheaper than Emborg. I do not use other brand much as I only buy Emborg if I utilised estimation 200ml. Worth buying and results show.

CHOCOLATE THERMOMETER

Working at the correct temperature is essential to creating high quality chocolates.  Lets think of it at baking a cake at a situation where it will never turn out right if you set your oven to the wrong temperature.  Using a chocolate thermometer is the only way to ensure that your creations turn out to finishing well in texture and flavouring.
