PASTRY BRUSH (PLASTIC HANDLE)

Salam and hello all. Here we are again on the product update eversince we take a break. We have receiving enquiry why there is no update on product.  We are working os shhhh project which comes to the finale already.

Lets talk about pastry brush. A new added item to Pandan is a plastic holder pastry brush, white color 20cm length. A pastry brush is a kitchen tool which is intended for use with pastry. Many pastries need to be glazed or brushed with things like egg whites, melted butter, or milk. A pastry brush controls the amount of glaze which is applied, and ensures that it is spread evenly and efficiently.

Keeping a pastry brush or two around is very useful, even if you do not do that much baking, because there are a number of potential uses for a good pastry brush.

HOW TO USE CHOCOLATE TRANSFER SHEET

Still on the chocolate transfer sheet topic. An easy way to decorate dipped chocolates is to use printed transfer sheets. These clear plastic sheets have designs printed with coloured cocoabutter. When the printed side of the sheets comes in contact with melted chocolate, the design will transfer onto the chocolate and when the chocolate is set, you remove the sheet and you have a beautifully decorated chocolate.

Here is how you do it:

Cut the transfer sheets in squares, a little bigger then the top surface of the chocolates

Dip the fillings in tempered chocolate

Place on a lined baking tray

Place the transfers on the dipped chocolates before the chocolate starts to dry
Make sure the shiny surface of the sheet is up, the printed rougher side should be on the chocolate

Press the squares down so the whole top surface is covered by the sheet

Place the chocolates in the fridge. When completely hard (leave 1 hour min) remove from fridge and peel of the transfer sheets

And here you are : Praline with chocolate transer sheet. Differs from a normal plain praline.

A GENTLE REMINDER FROM PANDAN

Morning to all Pandan customer. After few incidents happening in Pandan Shah Alam, I am called to share my concerns. Things happen for reason and from there we will get solution, not a total solution  but a way on how to solve it.  Pandan appreciates customer who walk in to our outlet, if not purchasing, make a round and have a look, you are Pandan customers too. But to some of our dissapointment that there are few customer who are irresponsible, pinching,squeezing and even drop our products without letting us know. Well, if you let us know the most is of course you have to pay if the item drops and break. Lets lead to being respecting each other when visiting Pandan. Appreciate!
