PANDAN BAKING STUDIO : INTRODUCTION

November 2011 is a wonderful and hard month for Pandan family. Everyone is working to their best in materialising our new product which we name it as Pandan Baking Studio with a tagline 'your baking partner'. It is located at 1st floor, a level up of Pandan Pusat Bekalan Bakeri Shah Alam. This will be our baking studio where all the baking demo/hands on activities will take place.
Still clean and untouched kitchen. You all must been wondering what the mini donuts lil orbit doing there? It is our another product which we brought in to Malaysia from US. Our main kiosk located at Mydin Mall USJ 1.

PANDAN BAKING STUDIO : SNEAK PEEK


Planning - Setting Up - Pre Launch and finally Launch.  That is the journey of Pandan Baking Studio which is another product from Pandan Pusat Bekalan Bakeri.  It is almost ready for our usage on our first demo on Nov 12, 2011. We want the best for our customers and looking forward to have more activities there.

Today, 2 days before D-Day we are almost there. Thanks for the support given by suppliers who are putting their effort to meet my dateline. The most important thing is the happy coordination without any pressure. We are going to publish some sneak peek photo of Pandan Baking Studio in the making till completion in the next post.

Allhamdulillah, our planned of Pandan Baking Studio has almost meet the reality. To officiate, we will start our 1st demo by Chef Khairi. Chef Khairi is a resident chef for Gandum Mas, an Indonesian company which produce Collata Brand.

PLASTIC SPATULA No 164

A must see image when you entering baking section in any store. This is a baking spatula larger size than usual. 3 primary characteristic is spatula 1) width  2) flatness 3) flexible. What is baking spatula  use for?
It helps to fold and scrap batter from the sides of the mixing bowl. Mostly made of silicone or rubber,  they are flexible enough to reach the corners of your mixing bowl and it can really work wonders in scraping batter from the sides of your bowl.
It is 35 cm long and made from elastic plastic.
