• Masakkan sehingga didih
• Masukkan 200gm gula (1 cawan), isi kelapa muda dan bahan jelly
• Kacau hingga rata
• Padamkan api. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan. Bekukan di dalam peti sejuk

General Description
Bay Leaves come from the sweet bay or laurel tree, known botanically as Laurus nobilis. The elliptical leaves of both trees are green, glossy, and grow up to 3 inches long. 

The Bay Leaf is useful in hearty, homestyle cooking. When you are making bean, split pea and vegetable soups, meat stews, spaghetti sauce, and chili, a Bay leaf can be added for a more pungent flavor. Alternate whole Bay Leaves with meat, seafood, or vegetables on skewers before cooking. Be sure to remove Bay Leaves before eating a dish that has finished cooking. The whole leaves are used to impart flavor only and are bitter and hard to chew

In the midst of setting up Mini Pandan which will be locating at Mydin Mall, USJ 1.  Since the space is not as spacious as Shah Alam outlets, we have to select the suitable products.

Kek Keju Oreo Lemon

Bahan-bahan A

lapisan bawah
1 packet oreo crumb
180gm mentega-dicairkan (sekira tak cukup tambah aja)

Bahan bahan B (kek)
375 gm krim keju ( jenama philadelphia)
65 gm mentega
110gm gula kaster
3biji kuning telur
3 biji telur putih
30gm susu cair
80gm krim putar
1/2 biji jus lemon
1 biji kulit kulit lemon-parut halus
1/2 sudu teh pes lemon ( pilihan jika suka)
2 sudu makan tepung jagung

Cara-cara penyediaan

Panaskan oven pada suhu 180 darjah celsius.

Campurkan semua bahan-bahan A dan gaul sehingga boleh dikepal. Padatkan atas acuan kek keju. Sejukkan.

Pukul mentega, keju, gula, sehingga kembang.

Kemudian masukkan telur kuning dan kacau sebati.

Masukkan tepung jagung dan kacau

Campurkan jus lemon, pes lemon dan kulit lemon dengan susu dan cream.

Kemudian masukkan dalam adunan kek. Kacau rata.

Pukul putih telur sehingga kembang dan gebu kemudian masukkan dalam adunan kek dan kacau sehingga agak sebati.

Tuangkan adunan kek dalam acuan yang mengandungi lapisan biskut oreo tadi.

Balut bawah acuan kek dengan plastik wrape/ aluminium foil supaya air tidak masuk semasa membakar dan bakar atas dulang yang berisi air (cara pembakaran ini dinamakan steam bake~ perlu meletakkan sedikit air diatas dulang pembakar semasa proses membakar kek) selama 40 minit atau sehingga kekuningan. Sejukkan.

Kemudian, hiaskan dengan krim putar dan cebisan biskut oreo.
