Apa itu Krimwell?
Tekstur dan warnanya adalah seperti lelemak sayuran (vegetable shortening) atau tekstur marjerin tetapi krimwell berwarna keputih - putihan.  Ianya tidak perlu diletakkan di dalam peti sejuk. Krimwell is one of the ingredient for butter cream.  Just to share on the butter cream receipe which I got from one my bakers friend. Try it out.

Butter Cream 
250gm mentega
300gm krimwell
200gm sugar syrup
Cara:
1. Pukul butter dgn kelajuan tinggi sehingga gebu & ringan
2. Masukkan krimwell & pukul hingga naik
3. Masukkan gula syrup sedikit demi sedikit sambil dipukul hingga rata & habis
(Sugar syrup : 200gm gula + 100ml air dimasak selama 20 min)
Tara...done!

NEW MOULD : ROUND MINI MOLD C015

Salam and Hi all! This is a newly added mold.  I personally like this mold as it is such a tiny cute mold, oval shape and looks like biji kopi. The material of this mold is lighter and easy to manage and upkeep.

Today, lets talk more about chocolate.  The below information was taken from Chef Amer article about chocolate and I do find it very informative to all. Enjoy..
Jenis Coklat
1)  Coklat Couverture
Coklat yang dihasilkan daripada penggunaan bahan utama iaitu massa koko dan lemak koko. Ianya dikenali sebagai coklat yang bermutu tinggi. Pengendaliannya agak rumit.
2) Coklat Compound
Coklat yang lebih murah, bahan utama yang digunakan serbuk koko manakala lemak koko mengantikan lemak koko asli. Coklat yang dihasilkan daripada penggunaan serbuk koko dan lemak kok gantian ini dikenali sebagai coklat compound.
3) Coklat Berperisa 
Terdapat coklat berperisa dan berwarna. Ianya adalah coklat putih yang diperisakan dan diwarnakan seperti perisa strawberry, oren dan sebagainya.
4) Coklat tanpa gula
Untuk menghasilkan rangkaian coklat tanpa gula, bahan utama iaitu gula biasa digantikkan dengan gula tiruan seperti maltitol dan isomalt.

Just to share that a new wave happening in Pandan as customer are coming back for LE BOURNE chocolate and of course the milk compound will be the choice.  Those who are using Berlys are back to change to Le Bourne as with the pricing of RM14.50 and taste similarly to Selbourne, customer do not mind to try it out and change for their business too.
